The Myosa®S2 is used in the second stage of treatment when the patient’s Breath Hold Time (BHT) has reached 35 seconds or more. The S2 appliance provides optimum comfort and works by advancing the sleeper’s lower jaw and opening the bite, which has the effect of opening the airway.
